Next Step Strategic Consulting is an Alexandria-based consulting firm that teaches small businesses how to start and grow their businesses.  Their logo had to convey growth, and tie in the imagery of the name of the company.

A winding staircase not only represents the upward movement of the company, but also the encompassing "all the way around" approach that Next Step takes to growth strategy.  Cool colors and an abstract image give a corporate feel to the identity.
